The Seymour Deluxe garden room is essentially the same building as the Seymour but with the extended canopy off to the side. The canopy can be fitted to either side of the main building to offer two different styles from the same building. A very versatile building, like the Seymour, which can be used as a gym, playroom or an extra seating area.

Each Seymour Deluxe garden room is manufactured from 60% recycled wood which is milled to perfection, 35% high density polythene and 5% additives. The high density polythene provides extra strength to the individual components ensuring a stronger building than other composite buildings on the market.
The overall building measures 5510mm wide x 2900mm deep, with a height of 2176mm on the lower side of the roof, which slopes up to 2524mm at the highest point. The underneath of the canopy measures 2675mm wide x 2445mm deep, perfect for a hot tub or some additional shaded seating.
The doors to the Seymour Deluxe are manufactured from aluminium, which are fully lockable and are supplied with double glazed windows.
To finish off each individual component and also to provide protection against water, wall caps simply clip into the ends of each component. During the manufacturing process, each component is finished with a protective coating which ensures they don’t fade, split, warp or rot.
Optional extras for a Seymour Deluxe building include a Rubber Roof (with glue) and a double window. The rubber roof provides an excellent barrier against the elements as it is supplied in one piece, therefore there are no joints for water to seep through. If you are adding the additional window, you must cut out the opening in the side of the building which can easily be done using a jigsaw. (The window area cannot be pre-cut by us, you must cut and fit yourself)
All Seymour buildings are NOT supplied with a floor. We recommend either a concrete base or a flagged area which must be 100% flush and level to ensure that the building is stable. Also to prevent moisture from rising through the base, a visqueen waterproof membrane is ideal to fit underneath your preferred base of choice.

Due to our extensive product range, calculating the delivery charge can be complicated. When your postcode has been entered, delivery is automatically calculated by the website and is clearly shown at the checkout. However on certain products, the delivery charged is a covering charge. Should you wish, you are able to contact our staff about this charge as you may be eligible for a lower delivery cost.
For all products that are stock items, deliveries are within 1-10 working days if you are located less than 10 road miles of M26 2UT. If you are over 10 road miles and the delivery is made by Cocklestorm and not our couriers, the delivery will be within 1-15 working days. (Working days being Monday to Friday)
Within a 50 mile radius, your order will more than likely be delivered by our own fleet of vehicles. Over a 50 mile radius, your order may be delivered by our vehicles but more likely via a courier service.
For all deliveries carried out by Cocklestorm's fleet of vehicles, customers will be contacted via E-Mail or phone the day before the delivery is due. This is to confirm the delivery date and a 1 hour time slot that the materials will be delivered. Should the designated delivery date not be suitable or you need to re-arrange, your delivery will fall back to the initial waiting period for deliveries.
Free Delivery: All deliveries within 60 road miles of Cocklestorm Fencing Ltd (M26 2UT) qualify for free delivery. Deliveries over 60 miles are charged at £2 per mile but can also fall onto a pallet rate dependant upon the distance from M26 2UT.
Please Note: For bespoke items such as made to order products, out of stock products, cutting or Barrettine dipping service, please allow additional time for production / purchasing, in addition to delivery times. Bespoke products are NOT eligible for return if you, the customer, have provided the incorrect measurements / information or ordered by mistake.
Important Notice Regarding Courier/Pallet Deliveries: If you are not home & you have a safe place to leave your consignment, our carrier is automatically authorised to deliver your consignment without a signature, please note that this will not be possible on instances where the carrier must leave the consignment on a public walkway or on the road. Please be aware that if the carrier arranges a delivery day & you are not at home to take the delivery & there is no safe place to leave the consignment on your property you may incur a second delivery charge. Note: When ordering heavy products via a courier service, such as concrete or items longer than 2m, you may be required to help unload the wagon.
Delivery Issues: The Customer should check their order promptly and carefully upon arrival, and inform the delivery agent of any damages or shortages discovered at the time of delivery and record this on the delivery record (e.g. "packaging damaged"). If the Customer is unavailable to do this, they should check the order carefully within 48 hours of delivery. In all cases the Customer should notify the Company of any damage or shortfall within 48 hours of delivery.
