Our pressure treated vertical lap fence panels feature a 4 inch (101mm) dished top. These are also known as feather board or close board panels and are one of the UK's leading styles of boundary fencing. The timber used for the entire panel is pressure treated with Tanalith® E, this preservative provides an effective long term protection against rot, fungus & insect attack. Our fence panels are handmade in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester using timber from sustainable sources, they are ideal for all properties, from single houses right up to large housing estates.

Vertical Lap Dished Fence Panel (Pressure Treated)
From: £39.50
Production time: Up To 1 Week
For quality purposes Cocklestorm manufactures its pressure treated vertical lap concave panels from spruce rather than pine. In our experience spruce is straighter, over time less likely to warp & has a better strength to weight ratio than pine. Our heavy duty vertical lap dished panels are manufactured using vertically overlapped 125mm x 25mm 2ex (5 inch x 1 inch) boards, braced on the back with 2 - 4 horizontal rails (depending on the height) for extra strength. Our heavy duty vertical lap fence panels are manufactured as standard at 6ft (1828mm) wide and range in heights from 2-6ft* (610-1813mm). Should these stock sizes not fit your requirements, you can choose to have them specially adapted to your needs by Cocklestorm.
*Rounded up to the nearest foot.
Should you wish to have these panels coloured we are able to dip in our water based chestnut brown or golden brown preservatives. As a premium, we also offer a Barrettine oil based dip that’s very effective against fungi and decay & contains wax to aid water repellence. This prime finish penetrates the wood for even greater protection and also offers an attractive choice of colours from the available range.
Please Note: When we alter one of our manufactured dish top fence panels to be less than 6ft wide, the height of the dish will also be reduced from the standard 4”.
