3 way continental ribbed fence post extensions are a very cost effective way when considering raising the height of fencing, compared to the arduous task of replacing concrete fence posts. The ribbed, pressure treated design of these specific post extensions compliments Continental or Tongue & Groove fence panels.
3 Way Continental Ribbed Fence Post Extension (Pressure Treated)
From: £15.00
Production time: Up To 1 Week
*Please note that the post extensions simply sit on top of the concrete fence post. For extra security and stability, simply screw through the back of the post insert into the frame of the fence panel*
This style of fence post extension is a premium version of the rough sawn post extensions, yet still an affordable solution nevertheless.
3 way continental planed fence post extensions are used when 2 separate runs of fencing meet up in a T shape and so 3 fence panels meet up requiring these post extensions. These fence post extensions simply slide over the three fence panels and sit on top of the concrete fence post. You may wish to secure them in place, one way being to screw through the back of the fence post extension into the frame of the fence panel.
Trellises can also be attached to the top of fencing to secure your boundary further or to even give your fencing a more decorative look. This involves using U-Channels to secure them in place, which are readily available from Cocklestorm.
Important: Fence post extensions are designed to be used with the bobble top concrete posts. They can be used with pyramid top concrete posts but will require the inside edge to be tapered.
